Packaging Projects
Packaging, Package Design, Food, Beauty, Storyboarding
I am passionate about products that are ethical, environmentally conscious, and that substantially improve the lives of people. During my undergraduate career at Pratt Institute, I learned a lot about packaging and created fictional products that solved existing problems regarding confidence, lifestyle, and factory farming. I also created physical mock-ups! Below I’ve compiled highlights from my best projects with brief descriptions that illustrate my knowledge of package design, advertising, and product innovation.
Derma Spa
Gatorade Life
Franken-Foods
As an avid consumer of psoriasis moisturizers, healthy drink alternatives, and plant-based meats, I noticed a lack of innovation in these markets. Most products are marketed as something ordinary, organic, plain…until now! My goal was to create products that have high shelf-appeal and actively solves a problem.
With the rise of autoimmune diseases, obesity, factory farming, and pollution, the time to make effective, high quality, and environmentally friendly products is NOW.

Below are some sketches of my idea conceptualizations.
Derma Spa Physical Product Display Set
For Derma-Spa, I wanted to make a line that makes a necessary product something that instead feels like a treat! Having psoriasis myself, I know the tedious and often sad reality of relying on products to feel okay. By making the packaging calming and elegant, I hope consumers can feel more stress-relieved and enjoy the process of taking care of their bodies too.

Conclusion
Having the opportunity to think of how design exists in the world and can make substantial change, I was able to learn how to incorporate practicality, psychology, and good design to enhance brands I believe in. Not only did I improve my traditional art skills, I also developed my ability to think critically and apply my education to real life products.
